Chris Lavoie
Owner and Creative Director
Born and raised in upstate New York, Chris brings to the table over two decades of experience in the wedding and special event industry. Beginning his career at Robert Redford's renowned Sundance Resort in 2001, Chris went on to open the prestigious St. Regis Deer Valley in 2009, before founding Silver Summit in 2013.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked with clients from all corners of the globe, planning and producing dream weddings that range from the intimate to the extravagant. This extensive experience has allowed him to help hundreds of couples execute spectacular events.
Rosie Nicastro
Director of Event Operations
Originally from Maryland, but living all across the United States including Kansas, Texas, Washington state, and New York, Rosie has completed degrees from Washington State University and Parsons New School of Design. After moving to Park City from New York City in 2016, she used her knowledge of hospitality and restaurant management to shift into the events world. She has been on the Silver Summit Events team for two years and is planning our global expansion while taking care of her two dogs and enjoying the mountains and fresh air of Park City.
Jennifer Hansen
Director of Event Operations
A graduate from the University of Utah with a degree in Stage Management, Jennifer brings a passion for event planning and possesses the skills to coordinate and manage all aspects of a wide variety of events and productions. Before joining the Silver Summit team, she was involved in operations for the Alamo Bowl Half-Time Show, music festivals in Nashville and San Antonio and theatrical productions at the SLCC Grand Theatre, U of U Babcock Theatre and the annual traveling University of Utah Greek Show.
Roque Jackson
Production Manager
Roque is an Event Planner with more than ten years of experience designing and producing events. Roque’s event career began by planning Quinceaneras, the equivalent in the Latin community to a debutante ball. Roque has turned his attention to producing weddings and corporate events for Silver Summit where he works closely with his clients to bring their vision to life. His attention to detail helps to make every event unique, memorable and exciting.
