PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Discussion of theme, color, style and overall wedding design
5 hours of design and planning time pre-wedding
Confirming vendor availability and assist in booking vendors as needed
4 hours of on-site event management with your planner the day of your event
Discuss important “need to know” information along with common mistakes to avoid
Go over the state of Utah’s phased Covid reopening plan and what that means for your wedding
Advise how to obtain a marriage license
Ceremony Coordination - (includes one hour rehearsal coordination the day before the wedding if desired)
Assist in timing the events of the wedding (toasts, first dance, cake cutting etc.)
Create an event timeline covering all scheduled events for wedding weekend. We will also include an abbreviated version that can be shared with wedding guests

Bounceback discount - If any of our couples books a wedding reception in Utah within 12 months of their elopement date we will offer a 25% discount off of our normal full service planning package pricing to design, plan and produce your reception
